1. Overview

Welcome to CGGA - the Chinese Glioma Genome Atlas. The CGGA database is a user-friendly web application for data storage and analysis to explore brain tumors datasets over 2,000 samples in Chinese cohorts. This database includes the whole-exome sequencing (Dataset 1: WEseq_286), DNA methylation (Dataset 2: methyl_159), mRNA sequencing (Dataset 3: mRNAseq_325 and Dataset 4: mRNAseq_693), mRNA microarray (Dataset 5: mRNA-array_301) and microRNA microarray (Dataset 6: microRNA-array_198) in glioma on Chinese cohorts. The analyse tool allows users to browse DNA methylation profile, mRNA/microRNA expression profile, and DNA mutation landscape, survival analysis in specific glioma subtype.

2. Analyse Whole-Exome Sequencing Data

In CGGA, we have performed whole-exome sequencing for 286 patients with tumor/blood pair. This feature allows users to depict the mutation landscape or perform survival analysis in specific glioma subtype.

  • Mutation profile:
  • Survival analysis:

3. Analyse mRNA Expression Data

In CGGA, we have performed mRNA sequencing for 325 and 682 patients, respectively. In addition, we have also performed mRNA expression microarray detection with 301 glioma patients. This feature allows users to profile gene expression distribution, to do correlation and survival analysis.

  • Gene expression distribution:
  • Correlation analysis:
  • Survival analysis:

4. Analyse DNA Methylation Data

In CGGA, we have performed DNA methylation microarray detection with 159 glioma patients. This feature allows users to profile methylation distribution, to do correlation and survival analysis.

  • Methylation distribution:
  • Correlation analysis:
  • Survival analysis:

5. Analyse microRNA Expression Data

In CGGA, we have performed microRNA expression microarray detection with 159 glioma patients. This feature allows users to profile methylation distribution, to do correlation and survival analysis.

  • microRNA expression distribution:
  • Correlation analysis:
  • Survival analysis:

6. Download CGGA Data

The Download page provides compiled image-genomic data, scRNA-seq data, mutation, mRNA, methylation and microRNA data. The data file includes the clinical and profile information.
