We have been working on this update for the past one month, and are excited to re-classified the samples according to the 2016 WHO classification system (About identification of IDH mutation and 1p/19 codel status, please see Method). However, some tumor samples have been collected for a long time, especially those from microarray data, so the lack of molecular pathological information makes it impossible to update. So, we have retained the previous subtypes in this sample.
