Description:

circPRDM2 is up-regulated in doxorubicin-resistant osteosarcoma tissues and cells and promotes DXR resistance, proliferation/colony formation, migration and invasion while inhibiting apoptosis. Mechanistically, it functions as a ceRNA by sponging miR-760 to elevate EZH2, and high circPRDM2 correlates with worse OS and DFS.
