Circ-ABCB10 is up-regulated in ESCC tissues and cell lines and its high expression is associated with advanced stage and poor overall survival. Functionally, circ-ABCB10 promotes ESCC cell proliferation, migration and invasion. Mechanistically, it directly binds microRNA-670-3p and inhibits its expression, forming a circ-ABCB10/microRNA-670-3p regulatory axis.
