Description:

circ_0006677 is down-regulated in NSCLC and its low expression is associated with worse overall survival. Functionally, circ_0006677 suppresses NSCLC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and glycolysis and inhibits xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, it acts as a miR-578 sponge to upregulate SOCS2 (circ_0006677/miR-578/SOCS2 axis).
