Description:

CircRASSF2 is upregulated in colorectal cancer tissues and cell lines, and high expression is associated with poor overall survival and diagnostic potential. Functionally, circRASSF2 promotes CRC proliferation, migration, invasion, metastasis and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it sponges miR-195-5p to regulate FZD4 and activate the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway.
