Description:

circNRIP1 is up-regulated in papillary thyroid cancer and mainly localizes to the cytoplasm. It promotes glycolysis and proliferation/tumor growth by sponging miR-541-5p and miR-3064-5p to increase PKM2 expression, and its expression/stability is regulated via ALKBH5-dependent m6A modification.
