Description:

circPABPC1 is up-regulated in CRC tissues and serum/cell-derived exosomes and promotes CRC proliferation and liver metastasis. It functions in the nucleus by recruiting KDM4C to activate HMGA2 transcription, and in the cytoplasm as a ceRNA sponging miR-874/miR-1292 to upregulate ADAM19 and BMP4, thereby promoting EMT-associated metastasis.
