Description:

circBLNK is upregulated in osteosarcoma tissues/cell lines and promotes tumor cell proliferation and in vivo tumor growth. It acts mainly in the cytoplasm as a ceRNA that sponges miR-188-3p to increase GPX4 expression, thereby inhibiting ferroptosis and reducing apoptosis, and high circBLNK expression correlates with poor patient survival.
