| Description: |
In an H9c2 OGD/R model of ischemic injury, circRNA-DENND4C was up-regulated and functioned protectively by promoting cell viability and suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circRNA-DENND4C directly sponged miR-320 and activated ERK and mTOR signaling, thereby attenuating OGD/R-induced damage. |
