Description:

CircRNA SMARCA5 is down-regulated in cholangiocarcinoma tissues and cell lines. Its overexpression suppresses proliferation and increases apoptosis, mechanistically by binding miRNA-95-3p and relieving miRNA-95-3p-mediated repression of TRAF3 (circRNA SMARCA5/miRNA-95-3p/TRAF3 axis).
