Description:

circPRH1-PRR4 is up-regulated in NSCLC tissues and cell lines and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It sponges miR-877-5p to increase RAB3D expression, thereby promoting proliferation/migration/invasion and suppressing apoptosis, and its knockdown reduces tumor growth in a xenograft model.
