Clinical significance:

High circXPO6 expression is associated with tumor size, lymph node metastasis, TNM staging, histopathological grading, increased metastasis, and poorer prognosis in TNBC patients.

Description:

CircXPO6 is up-regulated in TNBC tissues and cells and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It promotes TNBC proliferation, migration, tumor growth and glycolytic metabolism by binding c-Myc and blocking SPOP-mediated c-Myc ubiquitination and degradation. Clinically, high circXPO6 expression is associated with malignant clinicopathological features and poorer prognosis.
