Description:

circCDR1as is up-regulated in OSCC tissues and cell lines and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It promotes autophagy, cell cycle progression, proliferation, migration, invasion and in vivo tumor growth while inhibiting apoptosis, mainly through the circCDR1as/miR-876-5p/SLC7A11 ceRNA axis.
