Description:

circ_002136 is up-regulated in HCC tissues/cells and enriched in HCC-derived exosomes, enabling intercellular transfer. Functionally, circ_002136 promotes HCC proliferation, migration/invasion and anti-apoptosis, and its knockdown suppresses xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, it acts as a ceRNA sponge for miR-19a-3p to increase RAB1A, and high circ_002136 is associated with poor patient survival.
