| Clinical significance: |
CircPTPRA overexpression was positively correlated with lymph node invasion and worse prognosis in PDAC patients. |
| Description: |
CircPTPRA is up-regulated in PDAC tissues and cell lines and mainly localizes to the cytoplasm. It promotes PDAC proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth, and EMT by sponging miR-140-5p to increase LMNB1 expression (circPTPRA/miR-140-5p/LMNB1 axis). High circPTPRA expression is associated with lymph node invasion and poor prognosis in PDAC patients. |
