| Clinical significance: |
circFOXK2 might be a novel diagnostic marker for PDAC |
| Description: |
circFOXK2 is significantly up-regulated in PDAC cells and primary tumors. It promotes PDAC cell growth, migration, invasion, tumor growth and liver metastasis by sponging miR-942 to increase ANK1, GDNF and PAX6 expression, and by interacting with YBX1/hnRNPK to promote NUF2 and PDXK expression. The study suggests circFOXK2 may serve as a diagnostic marker and therapeutic target for PDAC. |
