Description:

circBRWD3 is upregulated in breast cancer and acts as an oncogenic circRNA. It sponges miR-142-3p/miR-142-5p to increase RAC1 and activate RAC1/PAK1 signaling, promoting proliferation and migration/metastasis while inhibiting apoptosis; EIF4A3 positively regulates circBRWD3 biogenesis. High circBRWD3 expression is associated with poor patient prognosis.
