Description:

METTL1-mediated m7G modification increases circIPP2A2 stability and supports its binding, enabling circIPP2A2 to act as a scaffold that strengthens Hornerin-PI3K interaction and activates PI3K/AKT/GSK3beta signaling. High circIPP2A2 expression is associated with worse postoperative survival.
