HPV16 circE7 is a virus-derived, m6A-modified circRNA enriched in the cytoplasm and associated with polysomes. It is translated to produce the E7 oncoprotein, and circE7 depletion reduces E7 protein levels and suppresses CaSki cell proliferation and xenograft tumor growth. |
