Description:

circ_ITGA7 is down-regulated in colorectal cancer and higher expression correlates with longer overall survival. Functionally, circ_ITGA7 suppresses CRC growth and increases radiosensitivity by sponging miR-766 to up-regulate SMAD4, leading to reduced proliferation, G0/G1 arrest, increased irradiation-induced apoptosis, and inhibition of EMT.
