Description:

circQSOX1 is upregulated in CRC tissues and cells and high expression is associated with poor overall and disease-free survival. METTL3-mediated m6A modification stabilizes circQSOX1 through IGF2BP2, while circQSOX1 promotes CRC progression via the miR-326/miR-330-5p/PGAM1 ceRNA axis. This axis enhances glycolysis and lactic acid accumulation, promoting Treg-mediated immune escape and resistance to anti-CTLA-4 therapy.
