Description:

In cervical cancer, circRNA_0000285 is up-regulated and directly binds (sponges) miR-654-3p. Silencing circRNA_0000285 reduces cervical cancer cell viability and increases apoptosis, accompanied by decreased Bcl-2 and increased Bax, and these effects are reversed by miR-654-3p inhibition.
