Description:

circLPAR3 is up-regulated in prostate cancer tissues and cell lines and high expression is linked to worse clinicopathological features and poor survival. Functionally, circLPAR3 promotes PCa cell advancement and glycolysis while reducing radiosensitivity. Mechanistically, it acts as a sponge for miR-513b-5p to regulate JPT1 in the circLPAR3/miR-513b-5p/JPT1 axis.
