It promotes OS cell proliferation, migration/invasion and in vivo tumorigenesis/bone destruction by acting as a ceRNA that sponges miR-424-5p to upregulate EIF4B and YRDC; ADAR1 downregulation contributes to circRBMS3 overexpression.
