circMAN1A2 is upregulated in patient sera and shows diagnostic value (AUC 0.911 in NPC; 0.779 oral cancer; 0.734 thyroid cancer; 0.694 ovarian cancer; 0.645 lung cancer).
circMAN1A2 is significantly up-regulated in patient serum across several malignancies (NPC, oral, thyroid, ovarian, and lung cancer) and shows diagnostic potential by ROC analysis. A ceRNA-style mechanism (binding miRNAs, especially hsa-miR-135a-3p, with predicted downstream targets) is proposed but not experimentally validated in this study.
