It promotes PDAC proliferation, migration/invasion, and tumor growth by acting as a ceRNA that sponges miR-6820-3p, thereby upregulating YAP1. Clinically, high hsa_circ_0007367 is associated with aggressive clinicopathological features and poorer prognosis in PDAC.
