Description:

circ_PUM1 (circ_0000043) is up-regulated in endometrial cancer tissues and cell lines. It promotes malignant phenotypes (proliferation, migration, invasion) and inhibits apoptosis, and its knockdown suppresses xenograft tumor growth. Mechanistically, circ_PUM1 sponges miR-136 to relieve repression of NOTCH3, thereby activating Notch-related oncogenic effects.

Confidence score:

0.6542

Other information
