Description:

circRAPGEF5 is up-regulated in LUAD and acts as an oncogenic circRNA. Its knockdown suppresses LUAD proliferation, migration, invasion, tumor growth, and metastasis. Mechanistically, circRAPGEF5 binds HNRNPC to stabilize HOXC6 mRNA, thereby enhancing HOXC6 expression and downstream HOXB2 transcription.
