UPF1 binds circRPPH1 to maintain its stability, while circRPPH1 binds ATF3 to stabilize it and promote nuclear translocation; ATF3 transcriptionally upregulates UPF1 and Nestin, forming a positive feedback loop and enhancing TGF-beta/SMAD signaling.
