Description:

Circ-IGF1R is up-regulated in colorectal cancer tissues and cell lines and is associated with poorer overall survival. Functionally, circ-IGF1R promotes CRC cell proliferation, migration, invasion, glycolysis and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, it acts as a miR-362-5p sponge to enhance HMGB3 expression and activate the Wnt/beta-catenin pathway.
