Description:

circFBXO7 is down-regulated in ovarian cancer and acts as a tumor suppressor. It sponges miR-96-5p to upregulate MTSS1, thereby inactivating Wnt/beta-catenin signaling and inhibiting proliferation, EMT-associated migration/invasion, tumor growth and metastasis. Low circFBXO7 expression correlates with worse patient survival, suggesting prognostic/diagnostic value.
