It functions mainly in the cytoplasm as a ceRNA that sponges miR-1322 to de-repress CCL20, activates PI3K/AKT signaling, and enhances TAM recruitment and M2 polarization via the CCL20/CCR6 axis, contributing to PCa progression and poorer clinical outcomes.
