Exosomal circ_0001190 suppresses GC progression by sponging miR-586 and increasing SOSTDC1, thereby inhibiting proliferation, angiogenesis, migration, invasion and tumor growth while promoting apoptosis. The study suggests circ_0001190 may be a prognostic marker and potential therapeutic target in GC.
