Description:

circ_0000190 is down-regulated in gastric cancer and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. Its overexpression suppresses gastric cancer cell growth and motility and induces apoptosis and G1 arrest, acting via a ceRNA axis where circ_0000190 sponges miR-1252 to de-repress PAK3; miR-1252 mimics attenuate these effects and PAK3 re-expression rescues them.
