Description:

CircTADA2A is down-regulated in colorectal cancer and mainly localized in the cytoplasm. It suppresses CRC progression by sponging miR-374a-3p to up-regulate KLF14, thereby inhibiting cell cycle progression and glycolysis and promoting apoptosis, and it reduces tumor growth in xenograft models.
