Description:

circ_0009035/circRACGAP1 is upregulated in cervical cancer tissues and cell lines and is mainly localized in the cytoplasm. Functional knockdown experiments indicate that it promotes proliferation, migration, invasion, angiogenesis, EMT and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circ_0009035 targets miR-1305 to regulate CREBRF expression, forming a circ_0009035/miR-1305/CREBRF axis in cervical cancer progression.
