Tumor circ‐MTO1 high expression was independently correlated with prolonged disease‐free survival (DFS) and was correlated with less lymph node metastasis and low TNM stage. |
| Description: |
circ-MTO1 is down-regulated in gastric cancer tumor tissue and higher tumor circ-MTO1 levels are associated with less lymph node metastasis and lower TNM stage. Clinically, high tumor circ-MTO1 predicts longer disease-free survival, and experimentally circ-MTO1 overexpression increases oxaliplatin sensitivity in gastric cancer cell lines. |
