High expression of circ-FNDC3B was related to TNM stage, tumor size and lymph node metastasis, and predicted poor prognosis in ESCC patients.

Description:

Circ-FNDC3B is upregulated in ESCC tissues and cells and functions as an oncogenic circRNA. It promotes ESCC proliferation, invasion, metastasis-related phenotypes and xenograft tumor growth while suppressing apoptosis by sponging miR-136-5p and miR-370-3p to increase MYO5A expression. High circ-FNDC3B expression is associated with adverse clinicopathologic features and poorer overall survival.
