circ-BANP is up-regulated in HCC (especially residual tumors after insufficient RFA) and promotes malignant behaviors. Mechanistically, it sponges let-7f-5p to de-repress TLR4, activating the TLR4/STAT3 pathway to enhance proliferation, migration/invasion, angiogenesis, and EMT; circ-BANP knockdown suppresses these phenotypes in vitro and in a xenograft model.
