Description:

circ_PPAPDC1A is upregulated in circulating exosomes from NSCLC patients with brain metastasis and in brain-metastatic NSCLC cell lines. It promotes proliferation, suppresses apoptosis, and enhances BBB penetration in vitro by sponging miR-30a-3p and upregulating SPOCK1. Its exosomal expression has potential diagnostic and prognostic value for NSCLC brain metastasis.
