| Description: |
In IL-1beta-stimulated human chondrocytes (an in vitro OA model), circ_0043947 is up-regulated and exacerbates injury phenotypes including reduced viability/proliferation and increased apoptosis, ECM degradation and inflammation. Mechanistically, circ_0043947 sponges miR-671-5p to de-repress RTN3 (circ_0043947/miR-671-5p/RTN3 axis), and circ_0043947 knockdown is protective. |
