Cytoplasmic circZEB1 promotes radioresistance by sponging miR-141-3p and increasing ZEB1 protein expression, which supports DNA damage repair and protects cells from IR-induced apoptosis. Targeting this TR4/QKI/circZEB1/miR-141-3p/ZEB1 axis may improve PCa radiosensitivity. |
