CDR1as is down-regulated in ovarian cancer and further reduced in cisplatin-resistant OC cells/tissues. Functionally, CDR1as enhances cisplatin sensitivity by inhibiting proliferation, migration and invasion and promoting apoptosis, largely through a ceRNA axis where CDR1as sponges miR-1299 to relieve repression of PPP1R12B, with knockdown associated with Akt/mTOR activation. |
