Description:

Exosomal circLPAR1 is down-regulated in CRC tissues and plasma exosomes and can serve as a CRC-specific diagnostic biomarker. Functionally, exosomal circLPAR1 inhibits malignant phenotypes and tumor growth by binding eIF3h and disrupting METTL3-eIF3h-dependent translation of BRD4.
