In PDAC, circ_102049 (circTADA2A; hsa_circRNA_102049/hsa_circ_0043278) is up-regulated and mainly cytoplasmic. It promotes proliferation, migration/invasion and inflammatory factor expression while inhibiting apoptosis, partly by sponging miR-455-3p to upregulate CD80, and its knockdown suppresses tumor growth in a cell line-derived xenograft model.
