It mainly functions as a cytoplasmic ceRNA that sponges miR-143-3p, relieving repression of IGF2R and supporting insulin signaling (Akt phosphorylation), improving glucose uptake and reducing triglyceride accumulation; this was supported by in vitro hADSC assays and HFD-induced obese mouse experiments. |
