Description:

circWDR85 is an m6A-modified oncogenic circRNA up-regulated in highly metastatic breast cancer cells and bone metastatic tissues. METTL3 enhances circWDR85 biogenesis through m6A modification, and circWDR85 promotes osteolytic bone metastasis by recruiting CKB to phosphorylate and stabilize c-Jun.
