Description:

circ_0029426 is down-regulated in LUAD tissues, serum, and lung cancer cell lines, is mainly localized in the cytoplasm, and is proposed to act within a predicted ceRNA network by binding multiple miRNAs and regulating hub genes such as KRAS/ETS1 (and KARS in the PPI analysis). Despite being down-regulated, high circ_0029426 levels are associated with poor overall survival, and it shows diagnostic value by ROC analysis.
