Description:

circSETD3 is up-regulated in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and further elevated in cisplatin-resistant settings. It promotes proliferation, inhibits apoptosis, and enhances cisplatin resistance by sponging miR-147a and activating Akt/mTOR signaling, and its knockdown suppresses xenograft tumor growth and improves cisplatin response.
