Description:

circPUM1 is up-regulated in cervical cancer tissues and is negatively correlated with miR-144-3p expression. Functional experiments indicate that circPUM1 promotes radioresistant malignant phenotypes, including proliferation, colony formation, migration and invasion, while suppressing apoptosis. Mechanistically, circPUM1 acts through targeting/regulating miR-144-3p and affects cleaved-caspase3-associated apoptosis.
